So we are two months into 2018 and if you are still all about the  "glow up" this year and staying on track with your fitness goals...then keep reading. By now you know when I create a recipe, I get so excited and can't wait to share it with you. February is recognized as "heart month." According to the American Heart Association, cardiovascular disease ( strokes and heart disease ) continue to be the leading cause of deaths in America. Although heart disease can be devastating to the family that is left behind- there are some things that we can do to help our hearts. First, let me say that I am not saying that physical activity will prevent the disease. I am saying that a healthy lifestyle can help to prevent the devastating blow of cardiovascular disease.

I wanted to create something that was not just delicious, but  heart healthy as well. So without further adieu let's get to the recipe.
