August Abs Challenge

Let's face it, a great pair of abs are ALWAYS in season.Although abs are made in the kitchen- you also need to tighten and tone those abs with a fitness routine. This month is the last hurrah for summer,so  I thought it would be"fitting"(pun intended) to do an ab challenge before we update our Fall wardrobe.
